Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn shirts back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and spare buttons remain attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
